So that even first-time visitors can come with peace of mind,
we explain the first visit flow and how to make an appointment.
From Counseling to Maintenance, we proceed carefully in 5 steps.
We listen to your current concerns, wishes and lifestyle.
X-rays, intraoral photos, digital scans and a bite examination.
We clearly explain your options—including cost, period and risks.
We begin only once you're satisfied. You can revise the plan anytime.

* The treatment period and number of visits vary depending on the condition of your mouth.
We began providing insured treatment in August 2026. We accommodate both private (self-pay) and insured treatment.

If you have not yet decided between insurance-covered and private treatment, you can discuss it during the Counseling at your first visit. Based on the examination results, we will explain each option, including costs, duration, and risks.

We believe the pain of anesthesia is largely affected by the stimulus of the initial needle insertion. At 369CLINIC, we take care with the condition of the mucosa and the insertion site, aiming to make anesthesia as gentle as possible.
With insured treatment the patient's share is 10–30%, but there are limits on materials and treatment methods. With private (self-pay) treatment, materials such as ceramic and zirconia can be chosen, and durability and aesthetics can be taken into account according to the case.
Self-pay treatment costs may qualify for Japan's medical expense deduction. For details, please check with the tax office.
Yes, we also see children. Building correct brushing habits and a healthy oral environment from the baby-teeth stage leads to lifelong oral health. We provide care at a comfortable pace, in step with each child's growth.
